Description complète du poste

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of our property management contract(s), ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This positing requires a criminal record check and specific security clearance as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities
- Utilize property management software such to maintain accurate records and files

- Coordinate property services for properties across Ontario including landscaping, trades, general maintenance, property reports and evaluations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Deal with urgent situations – leaks, repairs, securing properties etc.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure all services are logged and up to date
- Coordinate maintenance requests through a network of subcontractors
- Support administrative tasks including filing, document preparation, and office organization

Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and sales processes
- Ability to handle data entry tasks with precision
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to handle fast paced workload

-Critical decision making / thinking skills, ability to think outside the box for solutions for various situations

- Ability to read and write English required
