Our Home Services Ltd is a growing, referral-based residential cleaning company that has been proudly serving clients since 2008. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner, with the expectation of availability of 35-40hrs/wk, to join our trusted team. The ideal candidate values consistency, clear communication, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service to clients who have been with us for many years. Benefits will be provided after 6 months of consistently working no less than 35hrs per week, after which the minimum of 35hrs per week must be achieved to maintain benefits. Must be willing and able to lift 50lbs and able to be standing for up to 8hrs a day. Start Times are 8am and sometimes 8:30am. The hours are not guaranteed, however, our clients are very reliable. Must be available every 3 weeks to work Saturday.

We have a lengthy training period that will involve you working with the owner(s) for a few months before you will be working on your own or with a fellow Cleaning Tech. All of this stated, we will progress as much as our confidence in the employee permits.
This role involves following detailed cleaning checklists tailored to each home, communicating with clients respectfully and professionally, and maintaining the standards that keep our reputation strong. Core Duties: Defined/Outlined by Our Home Services Clients:
- Perform detailed residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces with care and consistency.
- Launder linens and towels as required, ensuring freshness and attention to detail.
- Follow customized task lists specific to each client’s home and preferences.
- Create a clean and welcoming atmosphere in each home—hospitality and presentation matter.
- Communicate respectfully and clearly with clients, noting any special requests or changes.
- Maintain accurate time management to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly yet efficiently.
- Report incidents, client concerns, or unusual findings promptly to Our Home Services Coordinators.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and behavior; clean attire and respectful conduct are essential.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and tools to protect surfaces and finishes in high-end homes.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential house cleaning preferred but not required; we value strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, self-direction, and ability to work without constant supervision.
- Trustworthy and dependable—our clients invite us into their homes based on years of trust and reputation.
- Ability to work safely and carefully in homes with pets, children, or elderly residents.
- A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and willingness to improve technique or efficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is necesary
- Up-to-date security background check required upon consideration to hire. Will reimburse if hired.
- Must be legally allowed to work in Canada and provide documentation.
Job Type: Part Time to start with the expectation of Full Time.
Pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
