This posting is for a full-time afternoon shift position only, 4 afternoons per week, Mon-Thurs 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. A shift premium will be added to the posted rate for the afternoon shift.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our team at our Strathroy, Ontario facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

Perform MIG and TIG welding on mild carbon plate steel (¼”, ⅜”, ½”) and occasional stainless steel.
Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate assembly and welds.
Operate metal cutting and rolling machines as needed.
Perform grinding, fitting, and fabrication of steel components.
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Experience with plate steel fabrication, fitment, and welding.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
Strong understanding of measurements and basic math.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
