Job Summary
Join our team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and satisfied. Your expertise in food handling, beverage service, and customer engagement will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills, fine dining knowledge, and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders for food and drinks using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions
Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately while balancing registers at shift end
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods such as nightclubs or banquet events
Assist with catering setups or banquet service when needed, providing exceptional hospitality during special events
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit; address concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions
Experience with brewing or beverage crafting is a plus but not required
