Reinforcing Ironworker Foreman – (Victoria, British Columbia)

We are currently seeking experienced experienced Foremen to join our growing team in Victoria and surrounding areas, British Columbia, for major infrastructure, commercial, and high-rise projects.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise and lead reinforcing ironworker crews on site
- Read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints
- Coordinate daily tasks with site superintendents and project managers
- Ensure quality control and productivity targets are met
- Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies
- Organize materials, manpower, and equipment requirements
- Train and mentor crew members when required
- Plan and supervise work for crews
- Oversee QC, safety and productivity of installations
What You Bring
- Minimum 4 years reinforcing ironworker experience
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience required
- Strong knowledge of reinforcing steel installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Journeyman certificate, issued in Canada, or a Red Seal certificate as a reinforcing ironworker is considered an asset.

Location

- Wage: $39 - $42/hour. Overtime may be available based on project needs and will be paid in accordance with applicable employment standards.
