Parts Manager Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing parts/shipping teams
Working with the Inventory Manager for inventory accuracy and workflow processes
Pro-Actively drive sales growth for the parts department
Assist with servicing customers via multiple platforms, e.g. email, telephone, counter sales
Exceptional Customer Service and strong communication skills
Assist with phone calls and emails for parts orders

Ideal candidate will possess the following:

Experience in Parts Department Operations
Experience in a management position
Automotive and Agricultural parts experience an asset
Consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service
Proactive customer communication
Has excellent communication skills
Is independent and resourceful; has the ability to work under minimal supervision
Is proficient with computers and supporting programs, e.g. Excel, Word, etc
Has knowledge of parts, catalogs, distributors and dealers
Has a clean driving record and a valid Alberta class 5 drivers license
Journeyman parts certificate preferred but will consider experience depending on the candidate
The ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced challenging environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
