White Lion Strong - Gym Client Service Position.

White Lion Strong -Gym is looking for a Team Member for a Client Service Position. This Team Member will contribute their drive, passion and energy to promote the growth of White Lion Strong -Gym.

The available shifts:
4:30pm-9:30pm Mon-Friday

This is our Ideal Candidate

They have a history (and current) demonstration of an authentic interest in client service.
They are task-orientated, with excellent time management and can stay on-task despite competing commitments. They are outgoing with a professional demeanour and can work without supervision and still meet the highest standards. Although they are given a a list of responsibilities, they are actively looking to do more than the minimum.

Attention to detail is second nature. Lists of tasks are strictly followed and completed to the highest standard. They are punctual and diligent. Their focus, energy, and enthusiasm is reflected in what they do and how they do it.

They demonstrate a personal pursuit in fitness, strength training, and staying active. They strength train on a regular basis throughout the week. They are active throughout the week. They are actively pursuing their goals in fitness, strength, and overall health.

They have working knowledge of the equipment commonly found gyms and assist members as needed with questions.

Who is this position for?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone that excels at Client Service; is pursuing a career in Personal Training or Coaching; and/or, is enrolled or completed their degree and training certifications.

When are the shifts?

Shifts:

Monday-Friday: 4:30pm-9:30pm
Monday - Friday: 2:00pm-9:30pm

Essential Criteria (in no particular order):

· Professional personal presentation

· Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks

· Demonstrated ability to work in a team

· Attention to detail & following in-house procedures

· Effective time management and task scheduling

· History of exhibiting exceptional customer service skills

Exceptional communication skills – and learning new skills
Self-starter and can work unsupervised to complete tasks
Genuine love for Client Service and the fitness industry
Experience as a trainer is an advantage

Duties will and can include:

Facility tours for prospective members
Onboarding new members which includes completing paperwork; answering questions about all the services we offer; and, working with our Member software.
Facility Presentation Management which includes cleaning; organizing; and restocking.
Greet potential and existing members
Assist all members & potential members with enquiries, check-ins and membership requests on the phone and on arrival
Providing a positive customer experience for existing and potential new members
Assist all members with White Lion Athletics equipment sales as required.
Opening & Closing gym procedures

Pay: $16.30-$20.00 per hour
