Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team at B4H. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing exceptional front desk support, managing administrative tasks, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various software tools. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars efficiently
Assist with administrative support including proofreading documents and preparing correspondence
Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and record keeping
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
Strong computer skills with the ability to handle data entry accurately
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service abilities for front desk interactions
Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
Clerical experience in an office or medical setting is preferred, especially dental or medical office experience
Capable of proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in administrative environments and values delivering outstanding customer support.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
