Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with various office software. Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, but not required. The Front Desk Clerk will handle administrative tasks, manage multi-line phone systems, and support daily office functions to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and maintaining phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as needed
Handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management
Maintain filing systems and organize documents efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, document preparation, and correspondence
Support bookkeeping activities including basic bookkeeping and record keeping
Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming
Provide support for clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents
Manage incoming mail and deliveries

Experience

Previous office experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills required
Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems highly desirable
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, proofreading, and administrative support
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Clerical experience including typing, record keeping, and customer support is beneficial
Prior experience in bookkeeping or medical/dental receptionist roles is a plus
