Who we are looking for:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting day-to-day human resources operations. This role focuses on attracting and hiring qualified candidates, administering HR programs, supporting employee relations and other generalist tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels, including referrals, networking, and online databases.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct telephone and virtual pre-screen interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Conduct assessments, reference checks and support background screening processes.
Prepare employment offers and recruitment documentation.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Participate in job fairs, support employer branding and manage graduate trainee hires.

HR Generalist Duties

Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation.
Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
Support employee offboarding, including exit interviews and documentation.
Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries regarding benefits and policies.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.
Support attendance tracking, leave administration, and vacation records.
Assist with performance review administration and employee development programs.
Support workplace investigations and employee relations matters as directed by management.
Assist with health and safety initiatives and maintain related records.
Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics as required.
Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee information and changes.
Participate in HR projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in recruitment and general human resources.
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
