We're looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer to help tell those stories and bring our brands to life. You'll support multiple brewpub locations by creating marketing materials, coordinating event promotions, maintaining digital listings, supporting social media initiatives, and helping ensure our brands show up consistently and professionally across every guest touchpoint. The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, coordinator, and problem solver. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and leveraging modern tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to improve efficiency while maintaining brand integrity. Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Director of Operations.
- Works collaboratively with the Marketing Team, General Managers, and location leadership.
- Supports the execution of company-wide marketing initiatives while assisting individual brewpub locations with promotional and creative needs.
- Coordinates project information, timelines, approvals, and marketing requests between operational and marketing stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Brand Support
- Design and update promotional materials including:
- Menus
- Posters
- Table talkers
- Event graphics
- Business cards
- Digital advertisements
- In-store signage
- Ensure all materials align with brand standards and visual guidelines.
- Coordinate production timelines and approvals for printed materials.
- Assist with creation of promotional assets for seasonal campaigns, beer releases, special events, and community partnerships.
- Maintain organized archives of marketing assets, templates, and brand files.
Digital Presence Management
- Maintain and update Google Business Profiles for all locations, including:
- Hours of operation
- Holiday closures
- Menus
- Event information
- Photos and logos
- Monitor profile health and performance metrics.
- Coordinate updates to menus, operating hours, closures, and promotional information across all digital platforms.
Social Media Support
- Schedule and publish approved social media content.
- Create graphics and supporting assets for social media campaigns.
- Share and promote beer releases, events, and location-specific initiatives.
- Collect and organize user-generated content.
- Update Instagram Highlights and profile information.
- Assist with content calendar management.
- Coordinate collection of photos and videos from:
- Brewpub operations
- Beer festivals
- Community events
- Weddings and private functions
- Maintain organized photo and video libraries for future marketing use.
Event Marketing & Administration
- Coordinate event promotion and administrative setup.
- Gather event details from General Managers and stakeholders.
- Create event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Manage Eventbrite listings, including:
- Event setup
- Presale codes
- Tracking links
- Event imagery
- Partner information
- Monitor ticket sales and share updates with venue teams and partners.
- Ensure events receive ongoing promotion leading up to event dates.
- Update website, social media, and digital listings with event information.
- Maintain Linktree and other promotional links.
Marketing Administration & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate ordering of marketing materials including:
- Menus
- Posters
- Table talkers
- Business cards
- Promotional signage
- Manage shipping timelines, and delivery tracking.
- Obtain quotes and coordinate with local printers and promotional vendors.
- Maintain vendor relationships and identify new supplier opportunities.
- Support inventory tracking of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Customer Engagement & Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to online reviews where appropriate.
- Escalate customer concerns to operations teams when required.
- Support management of digital reputation across Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.
- Track customer feedback trends and share insights with management.
- Assist with community engagement opportunities and local partnerships.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on:
- Event attendance and ticket sales
- Google Business Profile performance
- Digital listing accuracy
- Maintain marketing calendars and project trackers.
- Assist with monthly marketing reports and performance summaries.
AI-Assisted Content & Design Production
- Utilize approved AI tools to improve efficiency in marketing content creation and production workflows.
- Generate first drafts of marketing copy, event descriptions, social captions, and promotional content for review and approval.
- Use AI-assisted design tools to adapt approved creative assets into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining brand standards.
- Repurpose existing campaign assets into location-specific, event-specific, and platform-specific marketing materials.
- Assist with image editing, background removal, resizing, and other production-related design tasks using AI-enabled tools.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates, prompt libraries, and workflows that improve marketing efficiency and consistency.
- Support organization, tagging, and management of digital assets for future use.
- Ensure all AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines, company standards, and legal requirements prior to publication.
- Stay informed on emerging AI tools and recommend opportunities to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
QualificationsRequired
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience using Canva and social media management/scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Valid driver's license and ability to occasionally travel between locations.
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, tourism, or event marketing.
- Photography and videography experience.
- Experience with Eventbrite and event promotion.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile management and local SEO.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and print production.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing and creative tools.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience.
