Client Care & Operations Coordinator- Real Estate Assistant

We are a fast-paced, relationship-focused Real Estate team seeking an exceptional Client Care & Operations Coordinator to help deliver an elevated experience for our clients from start to finish.
*This is not an entry-level “assistant” role.*
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives on organization, communicates professionally, and can keep multiple moving pieces running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinating listings, paperwork, timelines, and client communication
- Supporting buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Maintaining systems, files, and databases with accuracy
- Scheduling appointments, inspections, photographers, trades, and appointments
- Assisting with marketing coordination and social media support and scheduling
- Helping ensure every client experience feels seamless, thoughtful, and professional
- Anticipating needs before they become problems

An ideal candidate has
- Experience in Real Estate administration
- Familiarity with Pillar 9, Prospects, ShowingTime, Chat GPT and/or Claude
- Asana or similar Real Estate transaction management system
- Marketing or social media experience
- Customer service or hospitality background

The successful candidate will provide services on a contract basis and will be responsible for their own taxes and related obligations.
