The roles and responsibilities for the position are as under:

Develop and set up reporting templates based on project requirements
Develop estimate template and assist with project estimating
Develop Basis of Estimate document
Complete reporting as requested (Daily Construction Reports, Daily / Weekly Progress & Performance Report, Incurred cost reporting and forecasting, Variance Analysis), based on project requirements
Work in conjunction with project and construction management team PM/CM/Superintendents/QC
Review daily timesheets with project manager and team to ensure it is coded to correct WBS / task codes
Daily LEM completion and Workforce reporting
Review and validate sub-contractors reporting data
Work with Project Manager, Construction Management, Planner / Scheduler and sub-contractors to update construction project progress
Review sub-contractor timesheets and coordinate approval from PM
Coordinate and review sub-contractors for progress update
Work with planner /scheduler and field cost analyst for progress and performance update
Follow change management standard and prepare and submit change proposals
Attend project meetings when required
Assure that sub-contractor invoices are aligned with LEMS submitted on a daily basis for the work
Update change management logs
Update direct, indirect and sub-contractor hours on a weekly basis for man-hour reporting
Any other duties assigned by or Project / Construction Manager
Valid driver’s license is required
