Overview
Limestone Property Management is one of Eastern Ontario's fastest-growing property management companies, managing properties throughout Kingston, Belleville, Ottawa and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and organized Leasing Manager to lead our leasing department and oversee all aspects of the leasing process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, leadership, customer service, and creating efficient systems that deliver results.

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the leasing team, managing vacancy performance, improving leasing processes, ensuring exceptional client and tenant experiences, and helping drive occupancy across our portfolio.

This is a leadership position that offers significant opportunity for growth as our company continues to expand.

Duties

Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including showing properties, processing applications, and executing lease agreements
Utilize Yardi and other property management software to maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease terms, and vacancy status
Conduct data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to support leasing operations
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants to secure favorable agreements while ensuring tenant satisfaction
Maintain positive relationships with current tenants through effective customer relationship management strategies
Assist with marketing vacant units through online listings and community outreach efforts
Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for showings
Communicate with property owners regarding leasing activity and market conditions
Provide recommendations to maximize occupancy and rental revenue
Generate leasing reports and performance metrics
Build strong relationships with clients and prospective tenants

Qualifications

Leasing management experience an assest
Proven experience in office administration, property management, or leasing roles
Proficiency with Yardi or similar property management systems (CMMS experience is a plus)
Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and close lease agreements
Excellent customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
Administrative experience including data entry, filing, and managing documentation efficiently
Knowledge of property management practices and tenant relationship management strategies
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is highly desirable

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
