Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in keeping things accurate and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Service Billing Administrator to join our accounting team and play an important role in supporting our service operations through billing, administrative coordination, and customer support.

What You’ll Be Doing

Keep billing accurate and on track: Review service work orders for completeness, work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and outstanding items, process account adjustments, and prepare customer invoices according to internal processes.
Support the team behind the scenes: Answer and operate the main switchboard in a professional and welcoming manner, generate supplier purchase orders, while also providing backup support to the administrative team with collections, customer data management, and monitoring and distributing incoming emails and faxes.
Maintain accurate payroll records: Organize timesheets and work orders, enter and verify field time, and help ensure records are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently.
Software administration: Manage the company's safety management software, including maintaining forms, reports, and user access.

Strong computer skills: You’re proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new programs, including accounting software.
