Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative operations, support customer service efforts, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and excellent communication abilities to support various departments and maintain an efficient work environment.

Duties

Manage front desk operations
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Assist with filing, document proofreading, and organizing office supplies to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace
Support bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping for the office
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and supporting client needs both in person and via phone or email
Coordinate appointments, schedule meetings, and manage calendars for staff members
Support administrative functions such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining office protocols

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading and document management
Experience with front desk responsibilities, filing systems, and customer service best practices
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Strong typing skills with good organizational abilities to support busy office environments
Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and customer support experience

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
