Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our client base, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities to effectively promote our products and services in a competitive marketplace. Experience with B2B sales, business development, and account management will be highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where leadership qualities and analytical skills are crucial for success.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts that align with company goals
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that target key segments and generate leads
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Provide insightful analysis on sales performance metrics and recommend improvements for future strategies
Demonstrate leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging diverse audiences
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software is preferred
Analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to support sales initiatives
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and lead projects effectively
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and focus on results
