Duncan Hyundai is on the hunt for its next Senior Parts Advisor!

If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and an experienced Parts Advisor then we want to hear from you.

As a Senior Parts Advisor, your number one focus will be selling and producing parts sales. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the confidence to sell while providing the great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Sell tires. Sell parts. Sell accessories.
Be an integral part of producing/increasing sales GROSS for the parts department.
Order parts accurately to maintain low inventory overhead.
Assisting our internal, wholesale, and retail customers with quotes with the end goal of earning a sale.
Maintaining accessory displays.
Assist in managing parts returns.
Maintaining inventory accuracy.
Follow up with customers that have parts that have been ordered and arrived.
Liaise with technicians to ensure proper work flow
Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

MUST be able to SELL
Previous parts advisor experience is an asset
Strong computer skills are an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook is an asset
Previous experience using PBS software would be an asset
Must have flexible hours
Must be organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environment
Able to provide excellent customer service
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Be fluent in English
