Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager specializing in Construction to oversee and coordinate large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Responsibilities

Experience using construction management software such as ProCore and Buildertrend
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
Monitor project progress daily, adjusting schedules as needed to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Manage project budgets by performing construction estimating and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize construction management tools like Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant software to streamline workflows and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all phases of construction.
Lead meetings with stakeholders to review progress, address issues, and update project timelines.
Oversee procurement processes and ensure all necessary permits and documentation are obtained in a timely manner.
Manage project team members effectively through excellent time management and leadership skills.

Experience

Must be able to work remotely with the ability to travel periodically if required.
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software (ProCore, Buildertrend).
Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Demonstrated expertise in construction management software platforms for document control, scheduling, budgeting, and communication.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
Prior experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish is highly preferred. This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in construction management.

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
