WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Ensure all residents have active insurance policies and coverage across regional properties.
- Conduct audits to identify insurance compliance issues, flagging discrepancies and collaborating with relevant stakeholders using Qlik and Yardi software.
- Coordinate and schedule work orders for maintenance activities across regional properties.
- Manage regional work order lifecycle in Yardi from tracking, creation to closure, follow-ups with Residential Portfolio Managers and issuing quality assurance checks.
- Report collection data and trends regionally.
- Ensure accuracy in compliance with Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) documentation for all residents upon new lease and renewals.
- Maintain key vendor schedules by working closely with the Property Services team.
- Support the Assistant and Residential Portfolio Managers with the move in/move out compliance.
- Generate pest work orders in Yardi, print notices and coordinate follow up to ensure treatments are successful.
- Review rejected invoices in Yardi and collaborate with vendors and Residential Portfolio Managers and Head Office support staff to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Coordinate the necessary paperwork for the Residential Portfolio Manager’s to support the evictions process.
- Oversee purchasing activities including creation, receipt, and closure of purchase orders (POs), using Yardi Systems.
- Provide administrative support to Regional Vice President, including any other administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Previous experience in Property Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of administration work experience.
- Experience in Yardi Voyager software would be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Must complete and pass a criminal record check.
