About the Job

Own billing and banking operations end to end, including standard and non-standard fixed billing, daily bank uploads, receipt and payment entries, and monthly bank reconciliations, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness across all cycles
Support month-end and year-end close by preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations for intercompany AR GL accounts, while coordinating with intercompany partners on receivable collections and outstanding items
Serve as the primary point of contact for the team's shared inbox, triaging and resolving inquiries, escalating as needed, and acting as the main backup for the AR Coordinator

About You

2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable & Billing experience
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software, with the ability to move between tasks accurately under deadline
A reliable, self-directed worker who communicates clearly, follows through independently, and integrates well into a team environment

Pay Range
$30 - $32 per hour
